Our DPS (Duroflex-Profil Flange-System) allows self assembling of flex-connectors. We are manufacturing this quick assembly system with either 20 or 30 mm flanges, suitable corner-fittings, and bellows with sealing strips along both edges on 100 m rolls.

Although the system is simple and does not require skilled workers we offer two devices for speedy production. Namely a hand- or pneumatic press including a punching tool for fixing the corners and a semi automated hot air welder for the joints with a clamping-down devise for holding the bellows in position while welding the joint, supported by an automatically moving roller for pressing down the joint-edges during the welding process.

The assembling process is illustrated on the attached "Instruction Manual".

After an initial order we shall be pleased to train customers employees upon request, free of charge, for one day at our or at the customers works, for economic assembly methods.
